AirPort Time Capsule 802.11n (1st Generation)

AirPort Time Capsule 802.11n (1st Generation)

Apple's first Time Capsule combined an 802.11n base station with a server-grade hard disk of 500 GB or 1 TB, so Macs could back up over Wi-Fi with Time Machine. It works like an AirPort Extreme 802.11n, with Gigabit Ethernet and a USB port for a printer or another disk. Some units sold from February to June 2008 failed to power on, and Apple repaired or replaced them.
