Apple TV (3rd Generation)

This 2013 revision of the Apple TV (3rd Generation) is model A1469, where the 2012 version is A1427. It uses a smaller, lower-power version of the single-core A5 chip. Unlike the 2012 version, it supports peer-to-peer AirPlay, which streams from an iPhone or iPad without a shared Wi-Fi network. The case, ports, 1080p output and 512 MB of memory did not change.
