Compared with the Apple TV (3rd Generation), this model added an App Store for apps and games, Siri, and a Siri Remote with a touch surface. It runs tvOS on Apple's A8 chip, with 2 GB of memory and 32 GB or 64 GB of storage. Wi-Fi moved to 802.11ac, and the optical audio port was dropped. It was first sold as the Apple TV (4th generation).
