Apple Watch Ultra 4

Compared with the Apple Watch Ultra 3, this model has the S11 chip and a redesigned set of optical and electrical heart sensors that read heart rate far more often. Battery life rose to 50 hours, up from 42, and to 84 hours in Low Power Mode. Fast charging gives 18 hours of use in 15 minutes. The 49mm titanium case, 3,000-nit display, satellite messaging and 5G did not change.
