Apple Multiple Scan 1705 Display

Compared with the Apple Multiple Scan 17 Display, this 17-inch model uses a lower-cost shadow-mask tube instead of a Sony Trinitron. The viewable area is 15.8 inches, against 16.1, and the highest resolution is still 1024×768. It took the low-cost 17-inch role when Apple moved its Trinitron displays to the new AppleVision line.
