AppleColor High-Resolution RGB Monitor

Apple's first color monitor for the Macintosh II used a 13-inch Sony Trinitron tube at a fixed 640×480. The Macintosh II had no built-in screen, so a video card and a monitor like this one gave the Mac color for the first time. It was also Apple's first display with an aperture-grille tube. Apple sold it from 1987 until late 1992.
