Compared with the iPhone XR, this model added a second rear camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and Night mode. It moved to the Apple A13 Bionic chip and added Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) and the U1 ultra-wideband chip. The front camera went to 12 megapixels with 4K video, and water resistance improved to IP68. The 6.1-inch LCD display and aluminum design stayed.
