iPhone 3GS

Compared with the iPhone 3G, this model is about twice as fast, with a 600 MHz processor and 256 MB of memory, up from 128 MB. The camera went from 2 to 3 megapixels, added autofocus and records video. It also added a digital compass, voice control and faster 7.2 Mbps HSDPA, and storage reached 32 GB. The case looks the same, and the 3.5-inch display gained an oil-resistant coating.
