Compared with the iPhone 5s, this model has a larger 4.7-inch display (1334×750) in a thinner aluminum body with rounded edges. It moved to the Apple A8 chip and added NFC for Apple Pay, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, VoLTE and a barometer. The Sleep/Wake button moved from the top to the right side. The camera stayed at 8 megapixels but added phase-detection autofocus.
