Compared with the MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports), this model has quad-core Coffee Lake Core i5 and i7 processors, twice as many cores as before. It added the Apple T2 chip, a True Tone display and a quieter third-generation butterfly keyboard. Bluetooth moved to 5.0. The case, Touch Bar and four Thunderbolt 3 ports did not change.
