Compared with the MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports), this model has a larger 14.2-inch Liquid Retina XDR display with a mini-LED backlight and ProMotion up to 120 Hz. A notch in the display holds a 1080p camera. It has the Apple M1 Pro or M1 Max chip. HDMI, an SDXC slot and MagSafe charging, now MagSafe 3, returned beside three Thunderbolt 4 ports, and full-height function keys replaced the Touch Bar.
