Power Mac G5 (Late 2004)

Power Mac G5 (Late 2004)

Compared with the Power Mac G5, this lower-priced model has one 1.8 GHz PowerPC 970FX, made on a 90 nm process. Its logic board is based on the iMac G5's and runs a slower 600 MHz system bus. Like the 2003 single 1.6 GHz model, it has three PCI slots instead of PCI-X and four memory slots. The aluminum case and the front ports did not change.
