PowerBook 150

PowerBook 150

Compared with the PowerBook 145b, this model has a faster 33 MHz 68030 and a 9.5-inch passive-matrix screen at 640×480 that shows four shades of gray. It and the Quadra 630, introduced the same day, were the first Macs with an IDE hard disk instead of SCSI. Memory reaches 40 MB, but Apple dropped the ADB port to cut cost. It was the last PowerBook in the original 100-series case.
