Xserve G5 (January 2005, Cluster Node)

Compared with the Xserve G5 (Cluster Node), this model raised its two 64-bit PowerPC G5 processors from 2.0 GHz to 2.3 GHz. Apple added 400 GB Serial ATA drive modules to the Xserve range at the same time. The 1U case, two PCI-X slots, two Gigabit Ethernet ports and the lack of an optical drive did not change.
