Xserve RAID (SFP)

Compared with the Xserve RAID, this model replaced the copper HSSDC2 Fibre Channel ports with SFP ports, one on each of its two controllers. It takes 250 GB drive modules, for up to 3.5 TB in the same 3U case with 14 bays. Apple priced it from US$5,999 for 1 TB to US$10,999 for 3.5 TB, just over US$3 per gigabyte.
