Xserve RAID (SFP Late 2004)

Compared with the Xserve RAID (SFP), this model takes 400 GB drive modules, for up to 5.6 TB in the same 3U case with 14 drive channels. Apple said its two RAID controllers sustain over 380 MB/s. Apple priced it at just over US$2 per gigabyte. Later firmware added support for 500 GB and 750 GB modules, for up to 10.5 TB.
