Your orders and invoices
See every order you placed, track its shipments and download its invoice.
Your orders
Go to My Account → Orders. The list shows each order with its date, total, status, PO number and order number.
Next to an order you may also see:
- Track, once the order has shipped.
- Pay, when the order still waits for payment.
- Cancel, while you can still cancel it. See Change or cancel an order.
One order’s details
Select View order to see the items, the addresses, and the shipments with their tracking numbers. When an order ships in more than one box, the order page shows what is in each box and what has not shipped yet.
Invoices
On the order’s page, select View invoice. The invoice opens as a PDF that you can save or print.
Orders you placed as a guest
Orders you placed without signing in show in your account once you confirm your email address. If the Orders screen asks you to confirm your email address, follow its link. Setting a new password with a reset link confirms the address too.
Questions about an order
On the order’s page, select Get help with this order. Your message reaches us with the order’s details attached.
