Q: How do I get free shipping?

Free Shipping is rewarded to all purchases exceeding $50 within the United States. This applies strictly to orders made from our website.

Q: When will my order ship?

All purchases made prior to 3:30 P.M. Pacific Time on Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day.

We also ship orders out on Saturday but the cut-off for same day shipment differs by the carrier and service selected. Orders shipped via all USPS services will ship the same day if purchased before 3:30 P.M. Pacific Time. Orders shipped via FedEx Express will ship the same day if purchased before 12:00 P.M. Pacific Time. Orders shipped via FedEx Ground will all ship the following Monday, regardless of the time of purchase.

Q: What shipping services are available?

We have the following options available:

  • USPS First Class Mail (2-6 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail (1-4 business days)
  • FedEx Ground (1-5 business days)
  • FedEx Express Saver (3 business days)
  • FedEx 2 Day (2 business days)
  • FedEx Standard Overnight (1 business day)

Q: How do I change my mailing address?

To change the mailing address for a single order, input the desired address when placing the order on the checkout page. To permanently change your mailing address you must go to your Beetstech Account and change the address connected to your profile directly. If you already made the order and wish to change the address please call customer support at (855) 886-0300.

Q: Will my item arrive safely?

Every possible step to ensure safe delivery is taken. We use ESD safe everything, even packing peanuts. Display connectors are wrapped in protective foam to prevent minor scratches on the screen during shipping.
