Parts that static electricity can damage ship in anti-static bags, and large or fragile parts ship in boxes of their own.
Anti-static bags
Parts that static electricity can damage, such as logic boards, ship in sealed anti-static (ESD) bags. Keep the bag. If you send the part back, send it in the same bag: a part returned without one counts as mishandled.
Orders in more than one box
Display panels, glass and rear housings ship in a box of their own, one per item, and the rest of the order shares a box. So one order can arrive as several packages. The tracking email and the order page list each package.
