International shipping
We ship to most countries by FedEx and USPS. Import fees are yours to pay, and return shipping is not covered.
Services
We ship to most countries. Checkout lists the services available for your address and the items in your cart. They can include FedEx International Priority, FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Ground and USPS Priority Mail Express International.
Once your package is with your country’s postal service or customs, ask them about any delay or loss.
Import fees and taxes
Your country may charge import fees or taxes on your order. Your country collects them, not us, so we cannot include them in your order or refund them. Find out what they will be before you order.
Refused packages
A package you refuse counts as abandoned. We refund nothing unless the package comes back to us. If it does, we refund the price of the items, but not the shipping. Refused packages often take a long time to come back, and some never do.
Returns and warranty claims
- We never refund the original international shipping or import fees.
- We do not cover return shipping on international orders. Send the item back at your own cost, with a service that has tracking.
- We do not send prepaid return labels outside the US.
- On a warranty claim, we send the replacement once we receive the item and confirm the fault. You pay the shipping on the replacement.
