Shipping options and delivery times
We ship from Chico, California, by USPS and FedEx. Order before your carrier's cutoff and your order ships the same day.
Carriers and services
At checkout you see each service that can carry your order, cheapest first, with the date it should arrive. For a US address the services are:
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
- FedEx Ground (FedEx Home Delivery for a home address)
- FedEx Express Saver
- FedEx 2Day
- FedEx Standard Overnight
Some things change what you see:
- FedEx does not deliver to a PO Box or to an APO, FPO or DPO address. Those addresses get USPS services only.
- Display panels and glass ship by FedEx only.
- We do not offer Saturday delivery.
- Near Chico, California, checkout can also offer Local Pickup.

When your order ships
An order placed before its carrier’s cutoff leaves our warehouse the same day. An order placed later ships on that carrier’s next shipping day.

Nothing ships on Sunday, or on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you its tracking number. If it ships in more than one box, one email lists all of them. You can also track the order from My Account → Orders.
Delivery dates
The delivery date at checkout is the carrier’s estimate, not a promise. Once the carrier has the package, we cannot make it arrive sooner. If a package seems lost or late, contact us and we will help you find it.
