A free membership for repair professionals, and for schools and businesses that buy parts: free shipping, and a discount that grows as you buy.
Who can join
If you repair devices for a living, or buy parts for people who do, such as a school or a business, you can join Protech. Membership is free.
What members get
- Free shipping on every US order, of any amount. See Free shipping for how it works at checkout.
- An earned discount on everything in the store, which grows as you buy (below).
- A discount on our repair services.
Your benefits apply whenever you are signed in to your account.
Discount levels
Your level depends on what you have spent with us in all. You earn one point for each dollar you spend, and your points never expire. Your level and points show in the Repair score card on your Dashboard.

A coupon code replaces your earned discount, and any volume discount, on that order. Store credit still applies.

- Go to Protech: Get started.
- Type your name, email address and organization. A business license helps, but you do not have to add one (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB).
- Select Apply. We review your application and email you.
