Your account dashboard
Your Dashboard shows your profile, your membership, your repair score and your perks.
The Dashboard
When you sign in, My Account opens on the Dashboard. Its cards show:
- Profile: your picture, name, email address and organization.
- Account: your membership, when you joined, and how many orders you have placed.
- Repair score: your level, your points (XP) and the points to the next level. You earn one point for each dollar you spend. For Protech members, the level sets the discount.
- Perks: whether you get free shipping on every order, and your earned discount.
- Store credit: your balance, if you have any.
The account menu
The menu beside the Dashboard leads to the rest of your account:
- My account: your profile and picture, your organization, tax exemption and saved addresses.
- Orders: see Your orders and invoices.
- Repair Center: your repair tickets and invoices.
- Payment methods: your saved cards.
- Notifications: your stock alerts.
- Favorites: your Favorites lists.
- Support: your messages with us. See Support Center.
Your picture
Go to My account → Profile. In the Profile picture card, select Upload to add a picture, or Remove to take it away.
Light and dark theme
The site follows your device’s light or dark setting. To choose one yourself, pick System, Light or Dark at the top of the account menu. When you are not signed in, the same choice is at the bottom of every page.

The life ring icon at the top right of every page opens Help (these articles) and Contact.
