- Go to My Account → Support.
- Under New message, type a subject, choose a topic (Product question or Return or exchange), and type your message.
- If a photo or a file helps, attach up to 5 files, each up to 10 MB and 20 MB in all.
- Select Send. We reply by email, and the reply shows here too.
Your conversations
Below the form, Conversations lists every conversation you have had with us. Open one to read it and reply.
Your conversations show once your email address is confirmed. See Your orders and invoices for how to confirm it.
Help with an order
On an order’s page, select Get help with this order. Your message reaches us with the order’s details, and it shows in your Support Center too.
