The parts we install keep their store warranty, and the labor has the same warranty as the part. Logic board repairs have 60 days.
Parts
The parts we use in a repair have the same warranty as when you buy them in our store. Your estimate and your invoice show the warranty of each part.
Labor
The labor to install a part has the same warranty as the part.
A logic board repair, where we repair the board itself, has a 60-day warranty.
Shipping on a claim
For a mail-in repair in the US, the warranty covers shipping. If you need to send your computer back for a problem the warranty covers, we send you a prepaid shipping label. The warranty does not cover international shipping.
What the warranty does not cover
- A device that anyone but a Beetstech technician opens, upgrades or repairs after our repair.
- A part that fails because the device was not used normally.
- Our diagnostic service.
