Reset your password
Forgot your password? Ask for a reset link by email, then choose a new password.
- Go to the Reset your password page. You can also select Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
- Type the email address you sign in with, and select Send reset link.
- Open the email we send you, and select Reset password. The link works once, for 24 hours.
- Type your new password, and select Save password.
Setting a password this way also confirms your email address. Any orders you placed as a guest with that address then show in your account.
If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then ask for a new link.
