  • This oddly-shaped antenna connects to the AirPort wireless network card inside your Mac mini and enhances the WiFi and Bluetooth reception.
  • If you're having a weak signal even if your Mac mini is close to the router, your antennas might be malfunctioning.
  • It's called a plate, but don't use it for dinner. It's probably not good for you! (or your Mac mini...)
  • This antenna does not enable capabilities, it only enhances them. If you're not getting any wireless capabilities at all, you might want to check out the wireless card itself first.
